SHIPPING POLICY

Orders have a 2-3 business days processing time. If an order is placed after 8 am, it will begin processing the next business day. An exception can be made by calling (833) 784-9669 after placing the order.

USPS does not guarantee a delivery day. Orders are delivered between 1-3 business days after they are shipped via USPS.

Free shipping over $99 is valid for Continental US RETAIL CUSTOMERS ONLY. The shipping service used for this will be USPS First Class, USPS Priority, or UPS Ground at STEMJUICE’s sole discretion.

STEMJUICE is not responsible for lost packages due to a wrong address given by the customer. If the package is returned to us due to a wrong address, extra shipping charges will incur to resend package.

State Regulations

California Customers

Per the STAKE Act in California, we will be contacting customers via telephone to confirm purchase. The phone call will take place after 5 p.m. We may leave a voice message in the event that we cannot reach the customer. By ordering a product from STEMJUICE’s website, you agree to be age verified by telephone. In addition, we are unable to ship orders to P.O. Boxes in California. Utah

We cannot accept or ship any orders to Utah per Utah Code §59-14-509.
