We have a 14 day Return Policy.
Please contact sales@STEMJUICE.com to initiate a return. Please provide order number, full name, product name, and a description of the reason for your return. Please provide as many details as possible, including pictures or video that clearly demonstrate the issue. You will receive further instructions within 3 business days regarding your return.
All refunds and store credit will be processed only after the return is approved and received by STEMJUICE.
Product warranties may be honored by the manufacturer beyond STEMJUICE’s return window.
*STEMJUICE devices have a one year limited warranty.
- Items that show physical damage done by the customer cannot be returned.
- Returns must be accompanied by their original packaging, along with all of the original accessories.
- You may not return e-liquid once the seal has been broken.
- If an item is received without prior approval, STEMJUICE may not accept the return. The customer will then be responsible for the return shipping in the event that he/she wants their product back.
- Shipping charges do not qualify for a refund unless the item being returned is deemed defective.
- When shipping back a return, please use a traceable method, as we are not responsible if the item is lost in transit or does not make it to us. A shipping label can be provided upon request, but the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount (unless item is defective).
CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. If a clearance item is deemed defective, only store credit will be offered.
